Yoga is more than poses. When we practice yoga, we learn that the poses we take are a technology of remembering who we are and what we are capable of with the support of The Most High. Yes, Divine energy is a part of the practice. Though at first glance it looks like the body is doing all the work, underneath it all is the Truth: We are being guided to higher realms of self with each breath and pose, not of our own accord, solely. The Spirit moves and therefore our will to do the same is made manifest. Let's move our bodies or sit together to explore and learn more about yoga and the practices that heal and bring us closer to ourselves.

About the event
Art is healing. Not only does it allow us to express ourselves in atypical ways, it is beautiful. To create a word Pic is an opportunity to get creative around your vision. For this workshop, we choose a word that we would like to bring into view. We clear space to receive aspects of the word and then we paint, draw, bring to life the word so that we may see more clearly what is in our hearts to explore.
Each participant will be given a choice of canvas, pastels, acrylic paints and brushes, but can feel free to bring whatever supplies they are wanting to use.
No experience necessary.
