Yoga is more than poses. When we practice yoga, we learn that the poses we take are a technology of remembering who we are and what we are capable of with the support of The Most High. Yes, Divine energy is a part of the practice. Though at first glance it looks like the body is doing all the work, underneath it all is the Truth: We are being guided to higher realms of self with each breath and pose, not of our own accord, solely. The Spirit moves and therefore our will to do the same is made manifest.
