Service Description

Many people want to practice yoga but do not know where to start. There are so many classes and options and not enough direction as to what is what and what is right for you, right? I get it. I was there once. Now you can try a couple different types of yoga with me. We'll work the poses on your level and allow you to feel what feels best for you. Do a yoga taste test and reap the benefits, body, mind and spirit. Week 1: MOVE your body through yoga postures using Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative Yoga or Thai Yoga Massage. Week 2: BREATHE deeply using a pranayam practice to aid your body-mind and give it what it needs to be at its best. Week 3: MEDITATE to access your subtle body and still the mind of its fluctuations. This may also include a vision quest, depending on the individual need. Week 4: CHECK IN/ COACHING to see where we have come and what has worked for you over the past 3 weeks. This is the week that I put together your practice slides and create your YOGA PLAN, too! Week 5: PRACTICE putting it all together with me. Taste test your Yoga Plan and feel that it is good for your body, mind and spirit. (Video options available)
